Project Overview：
Luosiwan Center is located at the southern end of the traditional main axis of Kunming, and the original site of the old Luosiwan area is upgraded and rebuilt. Luosiwan Center is a large urban commercial complex that is upgraded and rebuilt at the original site of the old Luosiwan market under the direction of the government. Luosiwan Center is located in Yongchang Street, Xishan District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, with Nanba Road to the east, Panlong River scenic belt, Haigeng Road to the west, Second Ring Road to the south, and Huancheng South Road to the north. It covers a total area of 316 mu, with a total construction area of about 2 million square meters, including commercial, office buildings, hotels, apartments and other property forms. Among them, the commercial building area is about 700,000 square meters, the area of 5-star hotels, 5A office buildings and apartments is about 430,000 square meters, and there is the largest underground parking lot in the main city, with about 13,000 parking Spaces. After the upgrade, Luosiwan Center will be a rare super-large commercial complex project in the main urban area of Kunming. Installation sequence:
The first phase of Luosiwan Central steel structure project undertaken by Honglu includes three super high-rise main towers, the building height of the 2nd # building 184 meters, the 3rd # building 217 meters, the 5th # building 197 meters, the structural form is the frame core tube structure, the total construction area of nearly 640,000 square meters, the steel volume of more than 40,000 tons.
