Project Overview：
Hefei Greenland center project is located in Baohe District, located in the core of the high-speed railway business circle, within the city, the north pillow of the city's east-west arterial South Second Ring Road, East Yield Susong Avenue, buses, subways, urban railways, high-speed seamless access to Hefei old city, 5 km from Hefei City, the governmental district municipal government of about 6 kilometers, 4 kilometers from the government of the Baohe District, from the planning of Hefei high-speed railway station about 2 kilometers south. Hefei Greenland center consists of a 256-metre super high-rise, three international Grade A office buildings, four central residences for urban elites and the LOHAS Greenland Colourful City commercial center. With a diversified structure, multi-functional business space, complementary functions and resource sharing, the center has achieved a harmonious and interactive international business style, constructed a high-end business value system in Central Anhui Province, and become a landmark building on the golden central axis of Central China's high-speed railway economic zone. Construction Process Introduction:
The steel structure project of Block D Office Building of Hefei Greenland center North Lot constructed by Honglu Steel Structure is a 256-metre high speed rail metropolitan circle No.1 tallest building. The scope of contracting of Honglu includes deepening design, processing and transport of steel structure. It mainly includes processing and fabrication of outer frame H-beam combined cross steel columns, steel column bases and H-beam steel girders, rectangular steel girders, etc., and processing and fabrication of H-beam combined cross columns, H-beam steel columns, steel column bases, etc., in the steel concrete wall of the core simple cylinder and in the dark columns, with a consumption of more than 12,300 tonnes of steel. Hefei Greenland center covers an area of 112 acres, and its product categories are divided into super high-rise Grade A offices, quasi-Grade A offices, five-star serviced residences, high-end businesses and high-grade leisure and entertainment. With a diversified structure and multi-functional business space, it will build a high-end business value system in Central Anhui and become a landmark building on the Golden Central Axis of Central China's high-speed railway economic belt. In recent years, Greenland Group has built a number of ultra-high-rise landmark buildings in Beijing, Nanjing, Wuhan, Xi'an, etc. Up to now, Greenland has more than 17 ultra-high-rise buildings under construction, monopolising half of the landmark buildings over 300 meters in the country, with three of them ranking among the top ten in terms of height in the world.
