Xinjiang Zhongrui International Building steel structure engineering processing and production, the total amount of steel is more than 12,244 tons, Xinjiang Zhongrui International Building is located in Urumqi North Xinhua Road and Minzhu Road interchange. The project is jointly developed by Morning Post Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Yihe Xingda Investment Co., LTD., built by a famous French designer. It is a super high-rise building integrating green, environmental protection and energy saving double glass curtain wall, intelligent 5A-level office building, mechanical three-dimensional parking and humanized vertical transportation system, which fully reflects the trend and frontier of world-class architecture. The total number of floors of the project is 46, the building height is about 190 meters, and the total construction area is 93,466 square meters, of which the underground construction area is 21,740 square meters and the above-ground construction area is 71,726 square meters. The building elevation of the main building of the office building :156.3m, the building elevation of the commercial podium building :23.7m; The project consists of an independent high-rise office building and an adjacent commercial podium building.
